Have world religions become narrow minded ? Or is it just me who think that it is so !? Most of the religions in this world are on their way to dominating the World through their religions. Some where in the history something big have gone wrong with them. Where Buddhists try to obtain ”Nirvana” trough Peace & Tranquility, well what dose other religions do ? Saying that they want to bring salvation to the ”non believers” by saving them from evil, might not be the best of answers ! The only Evil i see is, innocent people are been Tortured & Killed !
Let us think of an simple example:
You are on a trip with several of your friends on a deserted environment. On the way to your destination you & your friends see an small ”oasis”. A peaceful place with harmonic surroundings in the middle of the desert. Without any concern to the living things nor the peace or harmony you & your friends start destroying every thing & any thing that moves. Even-though nothing from this ”oasis” have done any thing wrong to you & your friends. In the end, you pile up everything that you can gather & burn it all !!
If some one or something wants to destroy peaceful things, is it not an act of ”Evil” ? One might think it’s ”Devil” who is behind every such violent act witch happens in the world !? What kind of a world would our world be, if there was No conversions or No domination of other religions/ believers ? But you live your life in a peace & harmonic way with every one & every thing & one day you will bee enlighten by the truth of the natures law perhaps !?. If ”God” created every thing in this world, why are his followers destroying his creations ? Is it not a big paradox don’t you think !? ”The same people who try to teach nonbelievers about Gods word, are the same people who destroy Gods creations”.

The year 2012 is soon upon us & there are many predictions about what is going to happen. A Buddhist monk dedicated in hermit dwellings have predicted that in the period of midd 2011 to 2013 High temperature, Volcanic Eruptions, Earthquakes, Flooding & Drought will be worsen. A part of the sun will collapse in to Venus & particles will be fallen in to our Earth. Larger parts of asteroids will fall in to USA, Arab & India. An asteroid fallen in to the see near Australia, causes a tsunami. This is not the end of the world but the end of the Evil-War minded humans(2/3 of humanity will be destroyed). In the year 2014.12.22 things will be much calm & with a New Sun the dawn of a New World. The New World will be inhabited with humans that are much Bold, Unselfish & Nobel (after the year 2015).
Conclusion
There are many more(Past, Present & Future) examples such as the once that have been mentioned in Part 1 & 2, both from Sri Lanka & in the international arena, where Buddhists are been placed under terrible discomfort. But i do not see any progress in dwelling in the past by showing more & more such sinful acts, it’s the future that we should focus our selves on !! As a Buddhist i have tried to be much kind as i can towards other religions/people when writing this article, even though we Buddhists have suffered much & have lost many.
Life is to short to live in Hate, Violence & Divided. It is known that we humans have the most developed brain than any other animal, yet most of the time we act viciously towards each other worse than animals. And it is also known that only we humans kill & torture our own, just for the sake of pleasure. If So can we call ourselves as Human Beings ? No, we are not worthy of calling ourselves as humans, we are worse than animals killing & destroying each other for simple reasons.
We have let ourselves to be divided* by different religions, cultures, skin color etc. Any normal human being should have to understand that continuing on this path* is leading to the Devils Kingdom. Just because some people have different beliefs than yours, dose mot mean that you have the right to Convert or Concur them, & i see no freedom or democracy in that. Many people ask the question ”What is the meaning of life”. If one can live his/her life without doing any harm to each other & live under the natures law, that’s a life well lived & have the right to call him/ her self as proper Human Being, & would this not be an answer for the question What is the meaning of life ?.
Natures law is something that we people have forgotten, it is now the time for us to remember it again. Try to learn other religions before disrespecting them or trying to dominate them. Do not live in a closed box & think that you know it all, open that box & get to know the WORLD outside ! it is still not too late.
If one say that Buddhism/ Buddhists are naive, it would be correct. All the sinfulness in this world is a statement for Lord Buddhas teachings that \”life is suffering\”. But we are hear now, born in this world(since we have not obtain Nirvana) & we are paying the price for not have listen to Buddhas words ! As a Buddhist i do not hate you(other religions). Through you i have seen much suffering & unhappiness in the world, thus providing me the opportunity to understand Lord Buddhas teachings much more clearly.
What you are, is what you have been,
what you will be is what you do now.

I’m not a born Buddhist. But after the school time I stayed few hours in the School Library and I just read couple of Buddhist Books which were wrote by aiming the school children. Then I went to read more and more Buddhist Books and later I feel that Buddhism is more practical and meaningful than all other religions in the world. Of cause, Buddhism is not a religion and also not able to prove using the science as Buddhism is beyond the science. So now I gaveup my earlier faith ( I don’t like to mention that here as it will hurt to some people) and now following the Buddhism and seeking the Nibbana.
Of cause, Buddhism is the one of major teaching that allow much freedom for other Religions. If the Buddhism in Sri Lanka was vanished from the majority, it will cause to start some religious wars between the people. To prevent that we must protect the Buddhism with government privileges.
