I recommend you to watch these videos over-and-over and share among your friends and family. The message is clear.
Every religion comprise of 2 parts
1. Cultural / Traditional (material)
2. Philosophical / Spiritual (immaterial)
Cultural /Traditional aspect of religion is always contradictory. Same apply for Buddhism.
Philosophy is the most important aspect to measure the depth and stealth of a religion, that benefits our search for freedom and meaning of life.
Some study history subject with a scientific attitude, where they are open for change, when better facts are unearthed.
Also, some study science subject with a historical attitude (blind faith).
They just keep on memorising other’s findings (repeat like parrots), and make no attempt to challenge/ analyse to read the meanings between versus.
No exception for Buddhists!
Buddhist Dhamma must be challenged (ඒහි පස්සිකෝ/ එව බලව) in order to understand.
How many Buddhists intelligently challenge Dhamma (hours per day) and discuss their experiences?
Unfortunately, Most practice Buddhism blindly. සාධූ සාධූ!
